Presentation Description Participants in this course will learn about a variety of leadership styles used in business today. The author will explain the difference between being a manager and being a leader and the importance of internalizing a values-based leadership style. The course will guide participants toward the concept of adopting a true-North leadership style based on strength of character, ethics, love, forgiveness and influence. Examples of leadership in action will be demonstrated using powerful leadership film clips from Hollywood, personal success stories that span 30-years of experience and through an introduction to the principles of Servant Leadership |
